Great location with lots of affordable and more upmarket restaurants nearby. Dotonburi within walking distance, as is a very useful train station. Very friendly staff who are keen to help. Rooms are very reasonably priced for how nice and clean they are. We had a deluxe room but I believe there is a variety, including ones suited for families. Very good rainfall shower and nice full length mirror with side lighting. They have breakfast and laundry facilities. Despite being in a busy area, it’s very quiet. The beds are firm but not hard and the rooms have air conditioning. Only thing that could be improved is if it had more plush towels.

Absolutely can't fault this hotel. It's in a great location to start but the staff were all lovely and super helpful, the hotel is very modern and the rooms are good sized. In the rooms you'll find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and hairbrush as well as the usual amenities of a hairdryer, kettle, some tea bags, a fridge, a safe etc. In the reception area there is also a Library area with books chairs, free coffee machine, toilets, water and ice machine, vending machine and washers and dryers (which there is a fee to use). There are also a lot of wonderful restaurants literally round the corner as well as a family mart and 7eleven.

First class service, hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Larger rooms compared to your standard hotel rooms, well designed, eclectic and clam colour palettes. The location is just bonus. We stayed in 501 double & 502 triple room. Will definitely be back here.

First, the staff were fantastic, even before we stayed here. We had a quick stopover in Osaka on our way to Koya and were planning to keep our luggage in storage at the train station. We decided to just ask the hotel and they accommodated, storing our luggage at the hotel in advance. The hotel is about a block from the train station and Shinsaibashi covered shopping street, so very centrally located. Dotonbori is a quick walk. Really, everything is a quick walk. The rooms are larger than expected and very clean. Staff were able to get me 2 rooms to accommodate the four of us. Breakfast in the morning should not be missed! It is worth every penny. The staff here are very helpful in every way. The laundry machines are a great feature. We also made regular use of the filtered water station and espresso machine in-hotel.

This hotel is much more than a 3 star. It is so modern, so well equipped with amenities (washing machines & dryers, coffee machines, vending machine). The rooms are perfect. The staff are so friendly and very helpful! The location is incredible - on a quiet road but right beside the busy shopping streets and only 10 mins from the main central square and Dotonburi. Can’t recommend enough!

Lovely, clean, modern hotel with so many great touches. Fantastic breakfast buffet- don't skip out on it! Staff was so nice and helpful, rooms were clean and comfy. Excellent location - walkable distance to subway stations, dining, shopping, and sightseeing.
